Positivity

Stay positive. Negativity spreads faster than wildfire.

When one person is negative at practice, the negativity ricochets and spreads throughout the whole team. Positivity can spread just as fast, though. If someone shouts something positive during a tough workout, it will benefit everyone in the practice. You will feel much better if you are positive about your work out. Often success happens when you’re thinking positively. If you can dream it, you can do it, so encourage others and be a positive teammate because it will help everyone in the long run. When people are negative and think too much about how hard their practice is, it makes it much harder. Think about it this way; if you are negative, you are suffering twice.
